Meet Yosef Shulem – But Whose Alter Ego Is He?

He's Yosef Shulem, and he's billed in a new video as one of the worst birthday party entertainers ever.

It's none other than Katy Perry, who channels Shulem, as well as: Princess Mandee, Ace the Animal Trainer, Goldie the Dancer and Kriss the Clown in a new teaser video for her song "Birthday," which will be released on April 24.

Perry introduced the characters in a recent Tweet:
