Waterfront Concerts and the City of Portland have teamed up once again this year to bring you the ‘Second Annual Portland Reggae Fest,’ LIVE at the Maine State Pier on August 7, as part of the Machias Savings Bank Concert Series and 92 Moose wants to give you the chance to buy tickets before the general public!
