Northern New England Starts Week with NO Major Storms in Forcast

Northern New England is starting the new week with some welcome news on the weather front: There are no major snowstorms forecast for the coming week. It's been a snowy and cold month. The National Weather Service said that there's never been more than a two-day break from measurable snowfall for the month in Portland. February is also on track to be the coldest on record in Portland and second-coldest in Concord, New Hampshire, and Burlington, Vermont. (AP)
