Selfie Leads to Maine Car Crash
The driver of a car crash in northern Maine, who was trying to take a selfie, is being blamed by the Maine State Police for the accident.
Jordan Toner, 29, has been issued a summons for failing to maintain control of a motor vehicle due to being distracted.
Toner, along with seven passengers, were traveling on Deering Lake Road in Orient tried to take a selfie and lost control of the car. The vehicle then crashed into a tree.
There were several injuries, including a fractured nose and back and neck injuries. They were not wearing seat belts.
