Skeletal remains were discovered by a hunter off the Puddledock Road in Manchester, ME on Saturday (Nov. 9) morning. Today (Nov. 12), Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland announced that the remains are likely those of a Radford, VA man, Paul Tolbert.Police say there were no indications of foul play.

Authorities are awaiting DNA samples from the 33 year-old's parents to help the state medical examiner’s office make a positive I.D.

Tolbert, last spoke to his family in January but had not been reported missing.

He had been in the state attending a drug rehab program in Winthrop.
