11 year Old, Youngest to be Charged with Homicide in Maine, Pleads ‘No Answer’

'No Answer.' That was the plea today in Skowhegan District Court of the 11-year-old Fairfield girl accused of killing a 3-month-old baby in July. She is charged with reckless or criminally negligent manslaughter in the death of Brooklyn Foss-Greenaway of Clinton. In juvenile court the 'no answer' plea is equivalent to a 'no plea' in adult court.
