Are You Stuck in a Rut Making the Same Meals Over + Over?

No More Abuse! Jon’s Christmas Wish for Women in Distress

This is the third part of my (unplanned) series on domestic abuse. When I finally got fed up with news of local women dying at the hands of men in their lives, I had to speak out on the radio...not only to share my dismay and sadness, but also to offer women who might be in that type of situation some kind of warning. I've been pleasantly surprised by the response...

Yesterday, I went off on this spiel about how saddened I am to see women's lives ruined by the, so called, "men" they love. I felt compelled after two recent, senseless, murders of young women by, not men, but animals. I got some hopeful comments that let me know my advice was on target. I also got something I didn't expect. A letter from a woman in central Maine corroborating what I was saying. With her permission, I'm posting the letter here.
