Once again, Taylor Swift proves she's the popstar with the heart of gold.

New York Daily News reports that four-year-old Jalene Salinas from San Antonio, who is battling terminal brain cancer, is checking off items from her bucket list, but one item seemed harder to accomplish: She wants to dance to "Shake It Off" with Taylor Swift before dying.

Taylor made Jalene's dream come true during a FaceTime call to her and her family. During the 20-minute call, Taylor restored our faith in humanity by taking time out of her undoubtedly packed schedule to speak with the little girl and her mother.

"I'm so sorry you're having a bad night. I'm so happy to talk to you though and I'm so happy you like 'Shake It off,'"Taylor said to her little fan. "You look beautiful tonight, you really do."

"I got back from London and I heard about her. It's just ... unfathomable to have to watch your baby go through this," Taylor told Jalene's mom.

Jalene's dream has been broadcasted all over the country via social media. Supporters have been using the hashtag #ShakeItOffJalene to get Taylor's attention, and if you'd like to tweet your best wishes to Jalene or express gratitude for Taylor's act, you can do so using the same hashtag.

This isn't the first time Taylor Swift has proved she's not only talented, successful and gorgeous, but also a truly good person.  She also made a fan a breakup playlist, raised millions in the wake of a Nashville flood and sent a fan a care package to show support.

You can watch part of Taylor's conversation in the video above.
