As often happens when we lose a still-working actor or actress, especially at a relatively young age, people begin discussing their past movies and shows.

Of course, this happened when we found out about the passing of Luke Perry on Monday afternoon.

Over his three decade long career he was in: Beverly Hills 90210, Oz, Windfall, Ties That Bind, Riverdale, and a Twisted Sister video.

But, there's a good chance you've never seen what I consider to be his greatest show: Jeremiah.

Jeremiah ran on Showtime from 2002 to 2004 and told the story of a plague that wipes out everyone over the age of puberty.  The show takes place 15 years after the plague, when the children survivors had grown into adults.  Jeremiah (Perry) and his friend Kurdy (Malcolm Jamal Warner) search the remnants of America for Jeremiah's parents.  Jeremiah's parents were government scientists who supposedly had a safe place that was free from the plague.

If you're into action, adventure, or sci-fi, it's a great show.

Stream it on Amazon or Hulu
