Actress Susan Sarandon in Maine to Support Presidential Hopeful, Bernie Sanders

Actress Susan Sarandon was at Becky's Diner in Portland (Feb. 23) this afternoon. The Academy Award winner has been campaigning for Democratic Presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders all over the country.

Maine's Democratic Caucuses are coming up on March 6, so candidates are putting some focus on the Pine Tree State for the next week or so.

Sarandon, who owns a home on Mount Desert Island, is also planning to make appearances in parts of Maine Wednesday. According to WMTW, she will be in Brunswick, Bangor and Orono.
