Ani’s Bagel Cafe Is Opening a Second Location in Wells

If you’re a fan of a good bagel and breakfast sandwich, there’s a new spot to keep on your radar in Wells.

Ani’s Bagel Cafe, a popular breakfast and lunch spot based in Exeter, New Hampshire, is expanding north with a second location at 175 Depot Road in Wells, Maine.

The original Ani’s can be found at 12 Hampton Road in Exeter, where it’s tucked alongside Churchill’s Garden Center. The cafe has built its menu around freshly baked bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, smoothies, salads and lunch sandwiches.

More Than Just Bagels

Of course, bagels are the main attraction. Ani’s offers everything from classics like everything, sesame and cinnamon raisin to jalapeño cheddar, French toast and focaccia bagels. Their cream cheese is made in-house, too, with flavors including veggie, chive, maple walnut, cucumber dill and jalapeño.

For lunch, the menu gets even bigger with sandwiches like Ani’s Chicken, Tuscan Tuna, Churchill’s Turkey, NY Lox and Ham & Brie, along with several made-to-order salads.

The Wells location will give Ani’s its first Maine outpost and bring the New Hampshire cafe a little farther up the Seacoast.

No opening date has been announced yet, but keep an eye on 175 Depot Road for Ani’s Bagel Cafe’s arrival.
