Bell Ringers for the Capital Region, that is to say, the Waterville & Augusta, Salvation Army Red Kettle Campaign. You can work 1 to 5 days a week, and yes, it does pay...$12.50 per hour. They will train you in all you need to know, and if you need it, they will give you a ride to your bell-ringing spot in you need transportation to and from their Augusta office. They do ask you to apply in person only at there at 36 Eastern Ave, Augusta

9 am to noon and then 1 pm to 2:30 pm...no calls or messages. You will need your ID and your social security card or birth certificate.

You would need to wear warm clothes and a face-mask and any other safety guidelines. You would be ringing that bell and being pleasant to people. The job will run from the end of November to December 24th.

The money raised from the Red Kettle Campaign helps the Salvation Army at Christmas time and their programs all year long.
