Breaking: Member of Congress Among Four Shot In Northern Virginia
UPDATE: 11:40AM--The suspect in the shooting of a Congressman has been identitfied.
GOP Whip Steve Scalise and two Capitol Police officers on protective detail were shot, according to multiple reports.
