Back in October Cardi B was charged with reckless endangerment and misdemeanor assault after two bartenders named Jade and Baddie Gi accused her of ordering her entourage to attack them back in August. Today (Dec. 3) was supposed to be Cardi's arraignment hearing for the case, but according to Page Six, she didn't make it to court.

According to the site, the hearing's presiding judge had some words for Cardi's lawyer after the rap superstar failed to show up for the hearing.

“You should inform her that if she doesn’t show up, that unless circumstances change, it’s very likely that the court will issue a bench warrant for her arrest,” Queens Criminal Court Judge Sean Dunn told the Bronx rhymer's lawyer Jeff Kern.

For his part, Kern offered some context for why Bardi missed her court appearance.

“As you probably know she is a fairly notable hip-hop artist," Kern began. "My client knew the date but there was a previously scheduled commitment for today and tomorrow."

This news arrives just a few days after Nicki Minaj debuted her new video for "Good Form (Remix)," a raunchy visual that includes appearances from Baddie Gi and Jade. If you didn't know, Bardi and Nicki have openly beefed over the last few months, and that's why many have interpreted Nicki's casting decision as one fueled by spite.

Judge Dunn has issued a new court date of Dec. 7 for Bardi's arraignment. XXL has reached out to Cardi B's reps for comment on the matter.
