As the headline says, Hollywood Casino's revenue drops for 2014 while Oxford Casino increases their intake. This got me wondering, do you go to casinos?

I have to say I voted yes on all gambling questions presented to me on all ballots over the years but have never been inside either Hollywood Casino or Oxford Casino, not because I'm anti gambling I'm just not one to spend a lot of money on chance.

This is just me personally and I'll never tell another person how to live their life, but I learned back in my late teens and early 20s  when I wasted time and money back in the early 90s. Considering what I made back then, a few dollars here and couple dollars there playing what we called Video Lottery Terminals, (VLTs)

VLTs are video game machines where you throw in quarters or dollar coins and play usually games like poker or Lucky 7's/bars. If you win a hand, you get credits and credits equal cash and when you've had enough or win, you hit "pay," the machine spits out a receipt and then you take the receipt to the cashier and they trade you the receipt for cash.

I was never a heavy user but the machines were everywhere, primarily in corner stores, take out joints and bars.

My point is, I can deal with losing money on a stupid overpriced purchase but I know myself too well not to gamble because it like you get a fever to hit it.
