It’s Maine Restaurant Week Through March 14, 2015!

Maine Restaurant Week is underway! It's actually more like a two week period highlighting what Maine has to offer with locally owned dining.

Maine Restaurant Week started March 1st and runs through the 14th. Some restaurants offer specials during this period, some have events planned, but regardless of who has what and when, if you like to eat out it is great time time to check out a local favorite or try a new place.

Yes, many of the participating restaurants are south of Augusta, but not all of them. I guess I'm saying this isn't just a Southern Maine thing, it's all over the state.

Here is a link to which establishments are participating. I also want to add, not all of the restaurants on the list use white tablecloths and have food on the menu you can't pronounce.
