The Portland, Maine Police Department is once again spreading holiday cheer with a tradition many people look forward to each year.
In a recent Facebook post, the department shared Officer Turner’s ninth-annual holiday performance. This year, he sang “Blue Christmas,” a song made famous by Elvis Presley in 1957.
Officer Turner’s performance has become a favorite for many in the community. His calm and heartfelt singing helps bring people together during the busy holiday season. Even through social media, the message of Christmas spirit and kindness came through loud and clear.
