William Daniels truly is a multi-generational talent.

William Daniels TV Shows

A combination of the Boomer generation, Gen X'ers, and the earlier grouping of Millennials may remember him as Dr. Mark Craig on the popular 1980s show, St. Elsewhere, as well as the voice of the sleek car K.I.T.T. in the popular David Hasselhoff show, Knight Rider.

For the latter group of Millennials and even some Gen Z'ers, William Daniels is most recognized as Mr. George Feeny -- the lovable, sarcastic teacher and principal of not only John Adams High, but also Pennbrook in the popular coming-of-age 1990s show, Boy Meets World, and its 2010s spinoff, Girl Meets World.

Regardless of how you've become familiar with William "Bill" Daniels, you'll recognize him easily when he and his bride, Bonnie Bartlett (who also played a role on Boy Meets World, as Dean Bolander-turned-Mrs. Feeny) come to Portland in April 2024.

Maine Comic and Toy Con in Portland, Maine

Every spring, "three amazing days of pure geek fun" comes to Portland, Maine, at the Cross Insurance Arena, as fans gather for the annual Maine Comic and Toy Con. And with the 2024 dates already set to be Friday, April 19, 2024, through Sunday, April 21, 2024, it was only recently that the first two guests were revealed to be both William and Bonnie.

For those unfamiliar with what a Con is, it's simply an opportunity for fans of TV shows, movies, comics, and even professional wrestling to meet your favorites and heroes, shake hands, get autographs, take pictures, and really just shamelessly geek out for a day/weekend.

For example, you could show up with a ruler or textbook for William to sign to pay homage to his Mr. Feeny roll, or maybe a small model of a black Pontiac Trans Am, which was the type of car he voiced as K.I.T.T. on Knight Rider.

Tickets for Maine Comic and Toy Con are on sale now, and more guests will be revealed between now and April 19, 2024. But if Mr. and Mrs. Feeny is how they're starting announcements, this has the making to be one of the most epic Cons to hit Maine ever.
