In the words of M.C. Hammer, "U can't touch this".  The restaurant is known for its burgers, like the Triple Trouble Burger, with sweet banana peppers and hickory smoked bacon, and Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce. Sounds delish? Sure, and you should see the rest of the menu.

However, the Black Mtn. Burger Co in Lincoln, New Hampshire, actually has a killer grilled cheese, known as the BMBC Grilled Cheese. Listen to this description. It starts with a grilled pretzel roll, filled with goat cheese, cheddar cheese, and hickory smoked bacon, and home-made sweet blueberry jam.

Yes, they make great burgers, but this is a unique creation no other place has rivaled.  Sometimes they'll use sweet tomato jam or some other sweet concoction, but it's always a compliment to the goat cheese and cheddar.

Want to try something else? How about a CBC Specialty sandwich?  That's a chicken, bacon (yes, hickory smoked), and cheddar cheese sandwich grilled to perfection.

Waffle fries seem to be a favorite here too, but the grilled cheese is what everyone is chatting about on social media.  After a long day on the slopes, this is the go-to place for champion burgers, sandwiches, chowder, and beers.

Reviews on Yelp! not only comment on the large size of the burgers, but also the quick and courteous wait staff.  However, you'll have to put your name on a wait list early if you want a seat.  Black Mtn Burger Co. is often packed with usually at least a 20 minute wait, but oh is it worth it.

So, stop by this burger spot to have some of the best grilled cheese of your life.  Either way you can't lose, so come with a hearty appetite.
