Jason Hoppy, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel, has been arrested for stalking and harassing Frankel at the school of the former couple's child, Page Six reports. And his detaining was coupled with what sounded like his choice for potential tagline: "I will destroy you."

The New York Police Department told Page Six Hoppy arrived to the school on January 27 after sending Frankel many emails and calling her hundreds of times via FaceTime, though he'd been sent a cease and desist letter in November 2016. Then, the report says, he swooped in on Frankel.

“On Friday, Jan. 27, [Hoppy] approached [Frankel] and a friend at her child’s school at around 8:15 a.m. and tried to provoke a fight,” the NYPD spokeswoman said, adding “He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.’ ”

Hoppy was ultimately arrested for harassment in the first degree and stalking in the fourth degree.

Frankel's been very open about the dissolution of her marriage, which was chronicled on Real Housewives and Bethenny Ever AfterIt took her and Hoppy, who were married for two years, four years to finalize their divorce for what Frankel said were unforeseen complications. The ex-couple first announced they were separating in December 2012.

“I feel like I’m on the 18th hole of the golf round now. I feel like we’re here,” Frankel told People in April 2016, three months before the divorce was final. “I feel like I survived something. When it all shakes down, I’ll be a woman who has not kind of just felt backed into a corner. I stayed strong and I did what was best for myself, my daughter, for women."
