Former Woody’s in Greenville Junction to Reopen as The Junction Bar & Grille
After serving the Greenville Junction community for 26 years, Woody's is preparing to close its doors on October 31, marking the end of an era for a place that has hosted countless celebrations, family dinners, and memorable gatherings.
A New Chapter Begins
While it's always bittersweet to say goodbye to a longtime local favorite, there's also exciting news on the horizon. The former Woody's location will soon reopen under new ownership as The Junction Bar & Grille, with an opening day set for Friday, Dec. 4, 2026, followed by a grand opening celebration on Saturday, Dec. 5.
The new owners, Greg and Jessica, say their vision is to "create a welcoming destination where neighbors, families, visitors, and friends can come together over great food, cold drinks, and genuine hospitality." While the name is changing, they're committed to honoring the history and traditions that made Woody's such a beloved part of the community while building new memories for years to come.
Looking Ahead
In the months leading up to opening day, preparations will be underway as the team transforms the space into The Junction Bar & Grille. They've already received an outpouring of encouragement from the community and are eager to welcome both familiar faces and first-time guests through the doors.
For Greenville Junction, this marks not just the end of one chapter, but the beginning of another. If the early excitement is any indication, The Junction Bar & Grille is ready to become the community's next gathering place where friends meet, stories are shared, and everyone is welcome.
