Local Woman’s Dog ‘Kicked Four Feet into the Air’ by Runner on Rail Trail [INTERVIEW]]

This is one of the most horrible and bizarre things I've heard of on the rail trail. A seemingly "nice guy" says he's going to kick Amy Craig's puppy...and then does! Below is Amy's Facebook post and hear her first-hand account in the video below.
