A nearly naked 20-year-old Maine man crashed his SUV into a lake on Sunday after allegedly trying to break into a home in Acton.

WGME 13 is reporting that police received a call at close to 5 PM Sunday afternoon that there was an individual attempting to gain access to someone's home on Langley Shores Drive in the town of Acton, Maine.

The owner of the residence reported seeing a man on their porch from their Ring doorbell and that the man appeared to be intoxicated and only wearing underwear at the time.

The suspect reportedly then fled the residence he was trying to gain access to and drove off in an SUV. Police later located the SUV driving on Buzzell Road, also in Acton.

Police were able to take the suspect into custody after he swam to the shoreline and identify him as Logan Pratt, 20, of South Berwick, Maine.
