Motley Crue Are Quitting After 33 Years + After a 72 Date Farewell Tour

If you’re an 80s kid like me you maybe be sad to learn this, but Motley Crue have decided to put away their guitars and drums but not before they do one more massive tour with 72 dates. They say they are done, quitting and retiring.

Cher has retired numerous times and Michael Jordan also retired and then came back. So as an editorial statement it’s never over until it’s really over. I however do believe them. Mick Marrs for years has had back issues and Tommy Lee has an ongoing health issue too and it has been 33 years as a group.

Earlier today 'The Crue' held a press conference in Hollywood complete with headstones saying this was it. "It” meaning after a lengthy tour. The upcoming tour will feature Alice Cooper with only one date close to Maine in Mansfield, MA on August 24, 2014.
