Well it didn’t take long for Marvel to start sending out their own SPOILERS about Avengers: Infinity War. Dudes, what happened to “Thanos Demands Your Silence?” That was your thing! Now you’re ruining that with tweets? Thanos is gonna be so pissed at the half of you he didn’t already kill.

So yes, Ant-Man and Wasp did not appear in Infinity War. There’s a brief mention of Ant-Man in one scene at Avengers HQ; otherwise they were both no shows. But the new teaser of Ant-Man and the Wasp promises we will find out what happened to them in that movie, which is due out in theaters later this summer. Take a look.

Here’s the film’s official synopsis:

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes “Ant Man and The Wasp, a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside The Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past.

I’m sort of surprised they’re already playing up this angle, given Marvel’s obsession with protecting spoilers. I also wondered if the movie would even address this fact all. You want my guess what happens? I think (and again this is just a guess) that Ant-Man and Wasp go into the Quantum Realm to rescue Janet Van Dyne and when they come back out, Thanos has already won because time moves differently in there. So they missed the first movie. But that means they can all show up for Avengers 4 next summer and help save the day.

The full Ant-Man and the Wasp trailer hits the web tomorrow; the film opens in theaters on July 6.
