New Research Says To Not Hug Your Dogs
As soon as I walk in the door every day, my dog Oden wants to give me a hug. At least that's what I think he does. I have to bend down to his level. He puts his front paws over my shoulders and then puts his head on my shoulder and starts kissing away. So, when I saw this study, it stuck out to me.
New research shows that dogs actually get anxious and do not like hugs from their humans and hugging them actually increases their anxiety level.
Sure, trying telling that to Oden.
