According to the Maine State Police, a Massachusetts man arrested yesterday in Benton had come to Maine to sell drugs, but he went to the wrong house.

According to Maine Department of Public Safety Spokesman Steve McCausland, Tyrone Fleurimont, 31, of Roslindale, Mass. remains in custody after the May 15 arrest.

Police seized cocaine and fentanyl at the scent and McCausland said troopers also seized $3,052 in cash.

McCausland said Fleurimont was charged with criminal threatening and is likely to face additional charges after the case is reviewed by the district attorney’s office.

According to McCausland, police believe Fleurimont drove to Maine to sell drugs and arrived at the wrong address where he attempted to force his way into a home on  Wyman Road.  The homeowner called police and Fleurimont was arrested a short distance away.
