Police Seek Help Locating Missing Maine Girl Who May Be With 18 y/o Boyfriend
According to an article from WGME 13, police from Fort Kent in the far reached of Aroostook County, Maine, are seeking the public's help in locating a missing girl from the area.
Abigail Desjardins was reportedly last seen on Saturday, July 15th, at her home in Fort Kent. Since then, she has not been seen or heard from. Police tell news stations that the girl is about five feet tall and weights about 130 pounds. Her hair is dirty blonde in color and she has blue eyes.
At the time when she was last seen, Abigail was wearing black sneakers, a black sweatshirt and black leggings. Anyone who has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Fort Kent Police Department by calling (207) 834-5678.
Fort Kent Police say they believe that the young girl is with her 18 year old boyfriend, however, neither of them has a cell phone. Her boyfriend is said to be driving an early 2000's model Chevy Silverado regular cab short box that is green in color with a broken back window and large tires. Police say they currently do not know the plate number for the man's truck.
