Renee Nelson’s ‘Hello Kitty’ Scooter Upgrade

I love my scooter for getting around my neighborhood.  It''s fun and I use a couple of gallons of gas over the summer. Well, here is  my spring upgrade for it. I had the Hello Kitty decal giving to me over the winter.  I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it. But I needed to wait for a few things.  I needed to clean my scooter a little and I wanted to wait for a warm day so I know it would stick.  So here is my upgraded Hello Kitty scooter and I LOVE IT!
