Sandhill Bagel Is Brewing Up More Than Bagels

Sandhill Bagel in Augusta is doing coffee now, and I’m not talking about just a basic cup of hot coffee. They have an espresso machine and are making some seriously delicious drinks!

I stopped in the other day and got a vanilla iced latte with vanilla cold foam, and it was SO good. I’m pretty picky when it comes to iced lattes, and typically I have to go all the way to Bintliff’s in Gardiner when I’m craving a really good one. But Sandhill Bagel did not disappoint. The espresso was delicious, the vanilla cold foam made it even better, and I will definitely be getting another one.

They have quite a few options too, including hot or iced lattes, mochas, chai, London fogs, hot cocoa, and more. You can add flavors like vanilla, brown sugar cinnamon, lavender, or mocha. They’ve also been having some fun specials. Recently, they had an iced banana bread latte, which sounds like the perfect coffee treat to go with a bagel.

So now, besides stopping at Sandhill Bagel for a delicious bagel or one of their specialty bagel sandwiches, you can grab a really good coffee too. A fresh bagel, an iced latte, and a spot along the Kennebec River? That sounds like a pretty great Augusta morning to me.
