Get ready for one of Central Maine’s most beloved summer traditions—the Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series, brought to you by 92 Moose, B98.5, the City of Augusta, and sponsored by Damon's Beverage & Aroma Joes.

Held on Wednesday evenings at Waterfront Park behind the shops on Water Street, this series is totally free, family‑friendly and a great way to soak in live music with a view of the Kennebec River.

Attendees often call Waterfront Park “such a cool venue,” with stunning views and a nostalgic riverfront setting. Though Augusta is modest in scale, events like Waterfront Wednesday pack it with local charm and great sound from crowd‑pleasing Maine bands. The vibe is friendly and welcoming, and locals say the series brings Central Maine together every summer.

And what Waterfront Wednesday summer series would be complete without a healthy dose of fun country music? We are so excited to be bringing back local singer and crowd-favorite, Sharon Hood & Dixon Road.

Sharon and the guys will take to the stage in downtown Augusta on Wednesday, July 30th from 6p-8p. In addition to great country music we will also have food from Mow's Munchies, the UVM food truck and much more.

And, as always, we will have giveaways to all kinds of cool places. So make sure you set a reminder in your phone for this coming Wednesday in downtown Augusta. There's only a couple shows left so now is definitely not the time to miss out.
