The summer is rolling on strong here in Central Maine with another great concert on tap for tonight at Augusta's Waterfront Park.

It's been a busy summer but the Wednesday night concerts have provided a fun and free way to relax for people all over the area. Tonight we welcome The Shizzle back to Augusta for a fun night of groovy throwback tunes.

Specializing in 90s and 2000s pop, funk and hip hop, The Shizzle is a crowd favorite all around Maine and beyond. We had them up for a Wednesday night concert several years ago, and since then people have been asking us to bring them back.

We will have the Darling's Ice Cream Truck at the show tonight as well as the UVM food truck, so there will be plenty of delicious eats. In addition, the City of Augusta will be bringing along their giant bounce house for the kiddos to enjoy.

If that's not enough, everyone that comes gets a free raffle ticket for our prize drawings, which tonight will include combo passes to Funtown Splashtown USA in Saco, Maine, among other things. We will probably even toss in a pair of tickets or 2 to a Bangor Waterfront show.

If you've never seen The Shizzle live, or you just need a refresher, we've included a couple of videos below so you can see (and hear!) just how awesome they really are. Can't wait to see you all tonight 6-8p in downtown Augusta.
