Today's KOD goes to a pair of teens in Cleveland who were serial carjackers. Early last month they committed three armed carjackings. Their spree came to an end when they attempted to steal a car and one of them jumped in the driver's seat but was unable to operate the vehicle... because it had a stick shift. More in the video!
