According to Mid-Maine CEO, Katie Spencer White, though this donation is still huge, the shelter will still continue to pursue more funding from other avenues.
It's coming right up on Wednesday, August 4th from noon to 11 PM. There will be culinary creations galore, delicious beer and more things to do than ever before. The event will be happening at the gorgeous head of falls with plenty of free parking in the concourse.
Tonight it was the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce's After Hours social get together. A time where people in local business hangout and talk, network, eat and maybe win a door prize. Every month 92 Moose emcees and mingles with chamber members of both the Mid-Maine Chamber and Kennebec Valley Chamber. This month it was held at The Brown House Properties and Appliances on Francis Street in Waterville
The Waterville Opera House was awarded 2012 Community Service Project of the Year by the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce. Last year The Opera House Association finished a $5 million renovation project of the Waterville Opera House.
