I could have taken pictures of exhibits all day long. The display of "bugs" was so gigantic and so impressive, it would take a person the whole day to see and learn about every one that was there.

There were some flies that were bigger than many birds and spiders that actually EAT birds. I took time to see where these things were from so I could be sure to never go there.

I did capture a couple of the more impressive "live" exhibits and, although some of the hundreds in attendance were actually holding spiders, letting them crawl on their arms, I declined and just looked on in disgusted awe.

Maine State Museum in Augusta, you put on another sensational day of learning! Kudos!
