Maine law enforcement officials dedicate the names of the officers who died in the line of duty last year.  US News reports at the memorial in Augusta, Nathan Desjardins was the most recent name added.  Cpl. Eugene Cole was also honored.  His death is so recent that his name will be added next year.

The Trump administration will resurrect a Reagan-era rule that would ban federally funded family planning clinics from discussing abortion with women, or sharing space with abortion providers. The Reagan-era rule never went into effect as written, although the Supreme Court ruled that it was an appropriate use of executive power. The policy was rescinded under President Bill Clinton, and a new rule went into effect that required "nondirective" counseling to include a range of options for women.
