Thoughts on Bill Cosby

Whether true or not, allegations of sexual abuse and or rape against Bill Cosby continue to become public. I'm not really sure what to believe, but it does seem there could be merit to some of the accusations, because as the old saying goes, often where there is smoke, there is fire.

Quite honestly I didn't know there was any question to Cosby's past until the story broke a few weeks ago regarding the "meme incident." I'm not ready to convict the man until there is more evidence or he is convicted, but if true, I am quite disturbed as he was "America's Father" through the 80s when some of these incidents allegedly took place.

If true, this is one of the most horrific tales regarding a celebrity in a generation. Also if true, hopefully the victims will get justice.

It is hard for me to believe that this could have been covered up for 40 years and just come to light now, but then again look at Stephen Collins from the show "7th Heaven."

I just hope the truth is brought out and if anything happened, justice is served. If it's just an attempted at a "cash grab" then I hope the truth is revealed there as well.
