UMaine To Cover 1,200 Students’ Tuition

More than 1200 students graduating Maine High Schools are going to be overjoyed to learn their tuition will come at no cost to them. The University of Maine school systems announced their "Maine Values You" outreach program. System spokesman Daniel Demeritt said

Students would be chosen based on more than one metric and would first have to apply for financial aid.

They say that this will be available at all the campuses including University of Southern Maine and the flagship campus in Orono.
