According to the Washington Post, Walmart is going to begin helping its employees get a bachelor's degree.

They are working a startup called Guild Education to help their employees get a 4-year degree in business or supply-chain management.  The courses will be offered through the University of Florida, Brandman University and Bellevue University.

The cost?  $1 per day!

While they'll start the program offering just business or supply-chain management, as they make the most sense for a business like Walmart, they'll eventually begin offering additional majors.  They also plan to offer college-prep classes for workers who need extra help.

The aim is to help Walmart get, and keep, higher quality, better educated, employees
