Waterfront Wednesday Brings Food Trucks and Music Back to Augusta Every Wednesday This Summer
Waterfront Wednesday is back for another summer in downtown Augusta, with free music, food and family fun returning to the Kennebec River.
Beginning June 17 and running through August 5, the annual series returns to Waterfront Park every Wednesday evening. Over the years, Waterfront Wednesday has become a summertime tradition in Augusta, bringing families, friends and music lovers together to enjoy a night along the river.
Each week, concertgoers can bring a lawn chair or blanket and settle in for live music from local bands and DJs from 6 to 8 p.m. There will also be a food truck at every event, with favorites like Truckin' Good Food, and Ugly Dumpling making appearances throughout the summer.
Waterfront Wednesday is about more than just music. It is a chance for the community to get outside, catch up with neighbors and spend time together. Kids can enjoy bounce houses, lawn games and other family activities while parents relax and take in the view.
