Augusta’s Waterfront Wednesday Series Continues With Cruel Intentions
The Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series continues this week in Augusta with another night of live music, food, family fun, and giveaways along the Kennebec River.
This Wednesday, July 8, the City of Augusta Parks & Recreation, 92 Moose, B98.5, and Townsquare Media will welcome Cruel Intentions to Waterfront Park on Front Street in Augusta. The free concert runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series has become a great midweek summer tradition in Augusta, giving families a chance to get outside, enjoy live entertainment, grab dinner from local food trucks, and spend a summer night by the river.
This week’s featured food truck will be Ugly Dumpling, so concertgoers are encouraged to come hungry and make an evening out of it.
Wednesday night will also be a Bounce House Night, giving kids a fun way to burn off some energy while parents enjoy the music. The night will also include APD and AFD First Responders Night, plus lawn games and giveaways throughout the evening.
The 2026 Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series is powered by partner sponsors Damon’s Beverage and Aroma Joe’s.
Families are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair, find a spot on the grass, and enjoy a free summer concert in one of Augusta’s most scenic downtown spots.
The series continues every Wednesday through August 5, with more bands, food trucks, activities, and giveaways planned for the rest of the summer.
So clear your Wednesday night plans and head to Augusta’s Waterfront Park for Cruel Intentions live from 6 to 8 p.m.
