Inland Hospital’s ‘World of Women’s Wellness,’ Saturday, April 2 at Thomas College

Inland Hospital presents the 19th Annual 'World of Women's Wellness' at Thomas College, Waterville this (April 2) weekend. You can 'spring into good health' Saturday, from 9am to 2pm.

Ellen Wells, Inland Hospital's Community Wellness Coordinator, joined us on the Moose Morning Show to tell us more. Hear the interview in the above video.

Women of all ages are invited to attend this free event. Inland and dozens of local organizations collaborate to offer free health screenings, wellness information and resources, interactive cooking and exercise demos, spa samples, gifts and door prizes.

One of the highlights this year will be an appearance by celebrity chef, Rory Schepisi. Rory was a finalist in the Food Network’s “The Next Food Network Star” contest. She will provide cooking demonstrations and yummy samples in an effort to help attendees cook for good health and good taste. SHe joined us on the Moose Morning Show. Hear the interview below!
