Is there anything better than authentic international cuisine?

If you're a foodie, you already know that the answer to that question is NOPE!

Good news for those foodies, Central Maine is about to get a new take-out restaurant, and the food may be a little more familiar than you think.

According to a Facebook post made by Pinto Thai To Go, they have finished construction of their new building on State Street in Augusta.  Right now, they are planning to open sometime in the middle of October.

Back in July, one of Central Maine's go-to authentic Thai places, Sweet Chilli Thai, announced that they were closing their doors after 13 years in business.  Those who frequented Sweet Chilli Thai, which had been located at the airport in Augusta, will be excited to hear that Pinto Thai To Go is under the same ownership.

Additionally, Pinto Thai To-Go will also be an Asian market.

Pineto Thai to go will be just that, a to-go restaurant.

What other authentic cuisine or take-out place would you like to make its way to Central Maine?
