Help Mac Dickson Out… He’s an Avocado Virgin!

I have never purchased an avocado... there I said it. Well, until yesterday. One reason was because they are so darn expensive and I'm a cheap you know what!

I love how they smell... and taste, but I never bought any or prepared them myself. Now my quandary... what do I do with them? I have 3.

What is the best way to eat an avocado? What's your favorite recipe? Help me out. I want my first time to be enjoyable. Okay this just got weird!
