April 13, 2013 The week had been crazy for our family. I had a medical scare and had just gotten some good news on Friday. Michelle has been studying and working non-stop getting ready for graduation next month from CMMC School of Nursing. We needed a daddy/daughter date night in a big way and we got it in the form of Spamalot at the Waterville Opera House.

April 10, 2013 Congratulations to the Medomak Middle School students who are part of the 'State of Maine First Place Science Olympiad Team!' A large group of team members were in this morning to chat with us including the two on-air spokeskids, Katrina Williams and Kaleb Savage. Please help them quickly raise the money needed to travel to nationals in Dayton, Ohio at Wright State University on May 17 and 18!
April 10, 2013 At my son's school, Park Avenue Elementary in Auburn over the past month or so the school along with the Ancient Brothers of Lodge #178 and Rainbow Bicycles put on a reading incentive entitled, "Bikes for Books."

Funds raised from this event will go towards the 'Southern Maine Autism Conference.'

April 8, 2013 Congratulations to Jamee Luce and Robotics Team #2648 Infinite Loop from Messalonskee High School for winning the FRC Pine Tree Regional Robotics Competition in Lewiston this weekend. Now they are headed to St. Louis, Missouri in 2 weeks for World Championships.
