‘Lose It With The Y’ is a great program with the Kennebec Valley YMCA in Augusta and Manchester. It is a cool program. The fourth round of this program just finished. There were 14 teams that in the last few months lost a total of 590 pounds. Yes, lost weight in the holiday season. Some of us did better than other…but I am willing to bet we ALL feel better, I know I sure do.
