Evan Starts Guitar Lessons!

For those who may not know, I've been playing guitar since I was about 5 years old and have several different guitars! My oldest son Evan has also gotten into guitar as of late. He has a brand new Yamaha acoustic guitar that he's super proud of and is gearing up for his second lesson today. You're probably wondering why I'm not just teaching him myself. Well, to be honest, there are a couple different reasons. The first, is that he's a righty and I'm a lefty so it makes it a little bit tricky. Also, have you ever tried to get your child to focus for more than 10 seconds? It can be hard, and I think being in that structured studio environment is much better, too. I can't wait to get a video up of him playing once he learns his first song. Pretty sure it will be Wagon Wheel!
