It might have worked a little better had the handwriting not been so blatantly terrible.. I mean look at the Maine dirigo logo!

Just so everyone knows. Making your own State of Maine Inspection Sticker and affixing it to your vehicle is a Class E crime.
TITLE 29-A, SECTION 1768.1
Display of Fictitious Certificate
A person commits a Class E crime if that person displays or permits to be displayed on a vehicle a certificate of inspection knowing the certificate to be fictitious or issued to another vehicle or issued without an inspection having been made.
This bad boy was removed from a vehicle on a traffic stop on Campground Road. The operator of the vehicle was also cited for Attaching False Plates and Operating After Suspension. All of which are crimes in the State of Maine.
We gave her a B+ for her artistic abilities, an A for effort, a slight chuckle for the material used to make the fake sticker with, and three criminal summons.
