Today's KOD goes to a guy who stole a car from the parking lot of a Minnesota Walmart... The owner had used his remote starter to warm the car up. When he went out to the parking lot it was gone. The problem? Well, once the crook turned off the vehicle. He couldn't start it again. He found the owners info in the glove compartment, and called him, looking for advice. The police tracked him from the call. More in the video!
