I love these videos from Men With The Pot. They do these lush videos cooking in the woods with minimal equipment. They are very quiet videos, and all you hear are the ambient sounds from the cutting, cooking, and nature—very ASMR.

I can watch these videos for hours and marvel at their knife skills. My lack of knife skills and fondness for my fingers is why I buy many of my veggies precut.  

The food is all prepped and prepared in the most magical setting. The star of the show is the knife, and while the YouTube channel is not full of information, they do include a link to that darn knife. That is if you feel you can handle that sort of thing. Me? Nope.
